A spicey and malted chai tea carefully hand blended with loads of local, sticky, banksia honey from Pure Peninsula Honey and over 11 spices and aromatics. Once the tea is blended, it is left to cure for a minimum of 4 weeks to allow all the flavours to meld and develop before being packaged.


This blend previously won a silver medal award under Tea For Who at the Golden Leaf Awards in 2019.

 

TO SERVE:

  • Add 5g of tea for every 150 ml of hot, 90°C water in an appropriately sized steeping vessel(we LOVE the Handy Brew).
  • Steep for 5.30 minutes agitating regularly 
  • Enjoy immediately with or without milk.

With the honey already added, please sample before adding any more sweetener.

Please recycle the box and compost the clear wrapper and tie.

All of our Wet Chais' are made with 100% raw, local honey that can crystalise just like a jar of raw honey can. This does not affect the result of your tea. We've also noted that crystalised wet chai keeps better, along with being easier to handle. If your Wet Chai comes crystalised, you're a lucky duck!
