A take on a traditional, Japanese tea sweet, Kohakutou. Using whey from Whitlows Wheel that has been caramelised and our Banksia Wet Chai, we have created a beautifully spiced, sweet and tangy tea sweet. Slightly crunchy and very morish, this is the perfect accompaniment to your chai tea.


15 pieces roughly 1 inch long, 30ish grams.
